Created a business plan, raised seed capital, designed the system, and managed a team of programmers and subject matter experts to create a web-based leadership competency modeling and 360 feedback tool. Spearheading direct marketing efforts as well as marketing through social media via the internet; driving sales and the creation of a network of certified consultants.
Leads and supports various consulting and training projects. Previous projects include process consultation for NYC based technology start-ups, one-on-one business coaching with senior executives, strategic planning with executive teams, statistical analysis of training outcomes for a variety of companies, diversity training for a federal bank, the redesign and restructuring of an academic psychiatric hospital, and the statistical evaluation of a coaching program for a top tier NYC law firm.
Designed and taught Applied Behavioral Research, a graduate-level course which taught students behavioral research methods in organizational settings, including how to collect and analyze data in organizations using PASW/SPSS, through an applied project in an area hospital. Designed and taught a unique curriculum for a course on 360 feedback using the LeaderNation system. Designed and taught a course on Organization Change and Development. Designed and taught a course on Innovation and Creativity.
Taught undergraduate students statistical concepts including hypothesis testing using t-tests, ANOVA, correlation, regression, and chi-square. Evaluated student performance and assisted with student career development. Maintained a research group exploring group motivation and group creativity.
Analyzed training data using Kirkpatrickâs four levels of evaluation to improve training outcomes. Analyzed data pertaining to 360 feedback tools in order to improve the utility and validity of those tools. Assisted in the implementation of a balanced scorecard for the L&D function. Designed surveys to facilitate the creation and improvement of learning initiatives.
Prepared various statistical reports for the HR department. Conducted a worldwide benchmarking survey on training practices including a statistical analysis of the data for the HR department. Analyzed training practices using a data-based approach. Maintained an Access database for HR training.
